Make a Reservation

5 Quick Steps to Scheduling Pet Care Services

New Clients

**Existing Clients, please place your reservation below.

Existing Clients

To serve you better we now have a client portal scheduling software. If you have used Distinctive Pet Care in the last 12 months, click on the Existing Clients button to be taken to the client portal login page. (instructions below)

Instructions

1. Add info@distinctivepetcare.com to your email contact list.
2. Enter your email address or account number.
3. Enter your password and click login.
4. Your client portal will open.
5. To make a reservation, click on the green Request Services button in the upper right hand corner.

If this is your first time using the portal:

1. Add info@distinctivepetcare.com to your email contact list.  (We recommend you do this as some servers will block our emails, or put us in your Junk folder and you will not receive the completion of the sign-in process link.)
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click Create Password.
4. A link to finishing creating your password will be immediately emailed to you.  (If you do not receive the email link, then your email has blocked us.  Save time and add us to your address book before this step–This is the step that most clients have difficulty with! 🙂
5. You will immediately receive an email with a link to create a password, click on the link.
6. Enter your password and click Set Password.
7. Your client portal will open.
8. To make a reservation, click on the green Request Services button in the upper right hand corner.  Schedule your dates and times and then make sure to use the Submit Request green button in the lower middle section of the page!

 

 

Besides submitting a reservation, the client portal allows you to:

1. Add and cancel services online using our advanced booking system.
2. View your schedule to ensure that we have the correct services booked for you.
3. Upload your favorite pet photos.
4. Add and update your own account information.
5. Provide us with details of an emergency contact.
6. Tell us about your pets and their care requirements.
